As a store manager at Coop Gothenburg, you have full responsibility for store operations, sales, results, and staff. You lead and develop the business with a clear focus on customer experience, profitability, and team engagement. Through engaged and coaching leadership, you create a culture where employees thrive, develop, and together deliver a world-class store. You actively work to develop the business, ensure an inspiring store environment, and drive change forward. You are an important part of a larger context. As a store manager, you are part of a group of over 20 store managers where collaboration, experience sharing, and collective learning are central. Together, you drive regional development forward, and you report to the regional manager. In this role, you will, among other things:• drive store results, sales, and daily operations• lead, coach, and develop your employees• create a sales-driven, inspiring, and welcoming store• work systematically with goals, follow-up, and improvement initiatives• ensure that operations are conducted in line with Coop's values and sustainability efforts We are looking for someone with experience leading in retail and who is driven by creating results through others. You have a genuine interest in food, people, and business, and you are confident in making decisions, prioritizing, and driving change in a fast-paced business.
