About the Role This is a temporary position starting immediately/by agreement. As Store Manager at Blomsterlandet, you have overall responsibility for store operations, results, and team. You lead with clarity and commitment, create structure in daily work and energy in the team – always with the customer in focus. Store sales and staffing vary throughout the year, which requires both planning and flexibility. You work closely with your team in daily operations while also being strategic in developing sales, customer flow, and work methods. Your Responsibilities As Store Manager, you will: Drive store sales, profitability and results based on clear targets and KPIs Ensure an inspiring and professional customer experience – every day Lead, coach and develop the store team Manage staffing, scheduling and work environment Implement and follow up on campaigns, routines and central initiatives Work with analysis and follow-up to identify improvement opportunities Create local activities that strengthen the store's position in the community Be a clear culture bearer standing for Blomsterlandet's values Who Are You? We believe you: Have several years of leadership experience, preferably in retail Enjoy driving change and developing customer interactions Have worked with sales, budgets and profit responsibility Are experienced with follow-up, KPIs and improvement work Are communicative, clear and inspiring in your leadership Have the ability to prioritize and make decisions in daily work Are solution-oriented, unpretentious and action-oriented Preferably have an interest in plants, gardening or interior design Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities – we are looking for the right leader as much as the right experience.
