Brukbar Circular Hardware Store operates secondhand stores that buy and sell all kinds of tools and accessories, garden equipment, household appliances, lighting, screws & nails, leisure and hobby products, home furnishings, and more. Our stores are open Tuesday-Saturday.
We are now seeking a store manager and sales associate for our Enköping location, with a start in November 2026. We want to hire someone who is motivated by retail sales, wants to develop product reuse within the building and hardware trade, and wants to become Brukbar's leading ambassador and brand representative in Enköping.
Are you interested in taking on the key role of store manager?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, service-oriented, and has good knowledge of various types of tools, garden equipment, and household appliances. You independently and successfully sell our products close to customers and donors. You engage with customers and have the desire to go the extra mile that makes customers come back to us. You organize and involve employees, interns, and volunteers effectively and create collaboration and work satisfaction. Drive and responsibility are essential to working with us.
Main responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the store
Actively engage in retail sales both on weekdays and Saturdays
Maintain good order and organization in the store and warehouse
Clean the store
Sort, clean, and price merchandise
Sell through digital channels such as Facebook and Tradera
Handle daily purchases
Guide and create a good work environment for employees, interns, and volunteers
Report to and communicate with the management team
We are looking for someone who has
Work experience from a similar industry
Experience managing personnel
Completed upper secondary education or equivalent. Prior experience in crafts, workshop, or carpentry is a merit.
Engaged, responsible, and service and customer-focused
Positive attitude and solution-oriented
Good social skills and ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing in Swedish
Computer skills
Driver's license is a merit
Scope: 100%
Type of employment: permanent position with a 6-month probationary period
Salary: set according to collective agreement
Start: November 2026
Location: Enköping
