That you have the ability to see the big picture, but also people's varying needs. That you are an open person who finds it easy to make contact and can spread joy and energy. You are structured, can set clear goals, and create the conditions to achieve them. We also value that you can give and receive criticism in a constructive way and prioritize your most important stakeholder: the customer. Of course, you share our mission of an active life. Since we primarily sell combat sports equipment, it is necessary that you train and have good experience in combat sports and have a comprehensive understanding of different styles.
