Your main responsibilities: Store sales of building and hardware products to professional customers Store displays to attract customers, arrange details related to campaigns and other offers Maintain order and organization in the store Work on continuous improvements Responsibility for ongoing inventory of the store's stocked products The role of store manager is varied and encompasses a broad range of tasks where you constantly work to provide the best possible customer experience. You are therefore the one with overall responsibility for everything related to the store while the entire team works as one. We are looking for someone with a background as a retail sales associate experience with store displays knowledge from the construction industry as well as experience with financial and budget responsibility, which we view as a plus To thrive and succeed in the role of store manager, it is important that you are driven by providing service to others and that you recognize yourself as a structured person who values order and organization as essential, while also having good prioritization skills. This position is a full-time temporary contract starting by agreement and lasting through January 2028.
