About the Position As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are a central part of the customer experience. Your workday includes varied tasks across different departments, always with a focus on service. You ensure that our 19,000 articles are well-stocked and properly displayed, and in the café you work with sales, deliveries, and maintaining a pleasant environment. Wherever you are in the store, you meet customers – when you stock shelves, work the register, help in customer service, or serve in the café. You enjoy sharing your knowledge to help them find the right products at good prices. No two days are the same, and we prefer to solve tasks and challenges in a simple way. This position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. The employment is part-time, 30 hours/week. About You The customer's time is valuable, and as an associate at Biltema you must be able to read the customer's needs. We are therefore looking for someone who is a true service-oriented person with the customer in focus. You enjoy a fast work pace where you constantly face new challenges. As a person, you like to take initiative, see what needs to be done, and want order and organization around you. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability as you must, among other things, be communicative in both Swedish and English. It is a merit if you have experience from retail, preferably within customer service, cashier, and complaint handling. Since café work is included in all positions, we value experience from the restaurant industry. To quickly get into the role, we would like to see a genuine interest in our product range and product areas or café operations.
