About the Position As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are a central part of the customer experience. Your workday includes varied tasks across different departments, always with a focus on service. You ensure that our 19,000 articles are well-stocked and prominently displayed, and in the café you work with sales, deliveries and maintaining a pleasant environment. Wherever you are in the store, you meet customers – when you stock shelves, work the register, help in customer service or serve in the café. You enjoy sharing your knowledge to help them find the right products at good prices. No two days are the same, and we like to solve tasks and challenges in a straightforward way. This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. Employment is part-time, 25 hours/week. About You Customer time is valuable and as an employee at Biltema you must be able to read customer needs. We are therefore looking for someone who is a natural service person and keeps the customer in focus. You enjoy a fast work pace where you are constantly facing new challenges. As a person, you like to take initiative, see what needs to be done and want order and tidiness around you. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability as you must, among other things, be communicative in both Swedish and English. It is advantageous if you have experience from retail and preferably in customer service, checkout and complaint handling. Since café work is included in all positions, we value experience from the restaurant industry. To quickly get into the role, we would like to see a genuine interest in our product range and product areas or café operations.
