Future Floor Manager at Kötthallen
About the Position
Kötthallen is seeking a driven and creative retail coordinator who wants to help develop our store floor, product displays, and customer experience in the store.
This is a practical and varied role for someone who enjoys creating order, working with products, and building attractive retail environments. You will work closely with daily operations and take special responsibility for ensuring the store floor is well-stocked, organized, and sales-oriented.
In the long term, there is an opportunity to take on greater responsibility for the store floor, assortment, ordering, and the store's visual presentation.
You don't need to be a trained visual merchandiser. What matters most is that you have a good eye for detail, are practical by nature, and understand how organization, display, and signage can contribute to a better customer experience and increased sales.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Stock merchandise and ensure that the store floor is always well-stocked, clean, and organized.
Create attractive and sales-driven product displays.
Develop and set up clear signage for campaigns, offers, and selected products.
Ensure that prices, signs, and displays are correct and up to date.
Have good oversight of assortment, inventory levels, and product flow.
Work with orders, follow-up, and assortment planning.
Follow up on which products and displays are performing well and suggest improvements.
Develop existing displays to make them more attractive and sales-oriented.
Generate ideas for campaigns, themed weeks, and seasonal activities.
Plan product selection, placement, signage, and simple marketing in connection with campaigns.
Ensure order, structure, and a consistent visual expression throughout the store.
Identify shortcomings and independently take initiative to address them.
Collaborate with other store staff to create a well-functioning and attractive store.
When needed, assist at the meat counter and with other common tasks in the store.
The work is practical and involves moving around frequently during your workday. Tasks include picking products, lifting, and working at a fast pace.

To succeed in this role, you need to combine creativity with structure. You should be able to come up with ideas and implement them practically on the store floor.
Desirable Experience
It's a plus if you have experience in any of the following:
Grocery retail or other retail trade.
Visual merchandising or product display.
Product picking, warehouse work, or ordering.
Fresh products, food, or work at a service counter.
Campaign planning and store signage.
Restaurant, café, commercial kitchen, or other fast-paced operations.
Sales and customer service.
Tracking sales, waste, or inventory levels.
Basic photography, content creation, or social media marketing.
Experience is a plus, but your attitude, work ethic, and feel for retail environments are equally important.
