We envision that you: - Have previous experience from retail and daily operations. - Have experience with staff management and motivating employees. - Are structured and have good planning and organizational skills. - Have experience with key figures, reporting, and budgeting. - Have good IT skills, especially in Excel. - Are results-oriented, service-minded, and commercially thinking. - Communicate clearly and create engagement around you. - Have basic knowledge of English. Your areas of responsibility: - The store's overall results and key figures. - Ensure that the store presents itself in accordance with the concept's guidelines. - Optimize the assortment by season, new products, and customer group. - Lead and develop the store's employees on a daily basis. - Staffing planning, recruitment, and follow-up.
