Keolis Regional Traffic in Uppland is seeking bus drivers for upcoming needs in fall 2026 at our depots in Uppsala, Enköping, Bålsta, Tierp, Heby, Österbybruk, Östhammar, and Östervåla. Positions are full-time and on-demand employment depending on depot.

About the Position
As a bus driver in regular traffic at Keolis, you'll have flexible work. You'll drive all routes in the area and all types of buses. Traffic runs 24/7 every day, so your working hours will vary throughout the day. It's therefore crucial that you are flexible and can work all shift times. We prefer that you live near the depot you're applying to, since you'll sometimes start early or finish late. The position involves driving and working according to both EU driving and rest times as well as the Road Work Hours Act. The position starts in fall 2026.
Our employment types for this posting:
Full-time Employment - Full-time work with varying hours. Weekend work occurs.
On-demand Employment - Work on an "hourly" basis where you work a minimum of 2-3 days per week, varying hours.
What You Need
Category D driving license
Valid Professional Competence Certificate (YKB)*
Digital driver card
Swedish (spoken and written)
Experience from service industry is a merit
Knowledge of EU driving and rest times and proper handling of tachographs is a merit
At Keolis, we use driving tests in the selection process.
* Since we prioritize finding the right person for the right position, we are, in selected cases, prepared to offer continued YKB training. This applies, for example, if you obtained your bus license before 2008.

Bus Driver Salary
When you work as a bus driver at Keolis, you receive salary according to an agreement called the Bus Industry Agreement.
It's an agreement determined jointly by the union and employers. The salary changes once per year, in October.
Your salary depends on how many years you've worked as a bus driver. To demonstrate this, you need to provide a document called a service certificate.
In addition to your base salary, you can also receive:
• Shift premium (extra pay for working evenings, nights, or weekends)
• Vacation pay or vacation days
• Extra pay for overtime
• Other allowances that may apply
