JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a bus driver with us, you get a varied daily routine where no two days are the same. You'll start your career with our established routes. What the role involves in practice: • School transport: You are the trusted and safe driver who gives both children and parents complete confidence that the school commute happens in the best way possible. • Charter and contract services: Once you've found your footing, you can mix your routes with exciting excursions and meet new groups of people. We always strive to accommodate individual requests. • Overall responsibility: You don't just drive the bus – you ensure it stays in good condition by cleaning and washing it before and after each trip for a pleasant experience. Choose the arrangement that suits you best: • Daytime Monday-Friday: For those who want fixed and secure hours with good continuity. • Varied assignments: For those who enjoy variety with a mix of school shuttles, regular routes, and exciting charter driving. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed as a bus driver with us, you have: • formal bus driving education (D-license and YKB) • driven bus during the past 5-year period • experience from school and charter services • good ability to understand and express yourself in Swedish, especially verbally As a person, you are service-oriented, accommodating, and flexible and constructive in your approach. You enjoy meeting new people, young and old, and adapt easily in the way you communicate and relate to them. Naturally, you are a safe driver with good judgment, as critical situations can arise where you need to react quickly.
