Here, over 100 drivers operate our more than 60 vehicles of various sizes. 6 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you love meeting people and driving a bus and want a job with variety? At Bergkvara, we are now looking for more full-time drivers for our school transportation and other fixed contracts in Stockholm! We also offer a variety of other exciting driving assignments, such as taking football teams to matches or taking adventure-seeking travelers out to Europe. In charter transportation, which you can drive on weekends once you've gotten comfortable, you meet a variety of different groups who are often on their way to an exciting trip. These runs are highly varied and no two trips are the same. There are different destinations and routes, but also different groups of people. Most assignments are consecutive, full-time and are scheduled, both mornings and evenings, daytime and weekends. Are you ready to move forward in your career? QUALIFICATIONS We believe that to fit the role you are passionate about service and are an experienced bus driver. You have: • formal education in bus driving (D license and valid YKB) • driven a bus within the last five years • good local knowledge of Stockholm • good ability to express yourself in Swedish, especially verbally It is a merit if you have previous experience from school and charter transportation. As a person, you are service-oriented, accommodating and solve any problems that arise in a smooth and constructive way. You enjoy meeting new people, young and old, and adapt to the situation and person in your way of expressing yourself and relating to them. Of course, you are a safe driver with good judgment as critical situations can arise where you need to quickly adjust to new conditions and changed circumstances. At your core, you are a calm, confident and stable person who treats others in a respectful and professional manner. You make others feel welcome, well taken care of and safe.
