You report to our Global IT Director, Erik Areskog Elming, and lead an engaged team of three employees. What does a Business Systems Manager do for us?
Bjelin is part of the family-owned Pervanovo Invest AB group, founded by the Pervan family. With roots in Välinge Innovation's groundbreaking inventions of click flooring and surface technologies (Woodura® and Nadura®), Bjelin has developed into an international player in the flooring industry. The company manufactures and delivers high-quality, sustainable wooden floors and furniture to homes and businesses around the world. Bjelin is today a group with several production sites in Sweden and Croatia.
We are on an exciting digital journey where we are consolidating and developing our business systems globally. As Business Systems Manager, you have a central role in creating structure, driving improvements, and ensuring that our systems truly support the business – today and in the future.
Your areas of responsibility
Overall responsibility for the business systems landscape (ERP, CRM, and BI) across the group
Project lead the global implementation of IFS Cloud and ensure a successful rollout
Drive management, further development, and optimization of systems after go-live
Coordinate and coordinate internal resources as well as external partners and suppliers
Personnel responsibility for a team of three employees within Business Systems and Analytics
Serve as close support to the Global IT Director on matters related to business systems and digitalization

We are looking for you who have:
Experience working with business systems (ERP, CRM, and/or BI)
Previous experience with system implementations, preferably IFS Cloud
Strong project and change management capabilities
Experience with personnel responsibility is a merit
Understanding of business processes within finance, manufacturing, and supply chain
Good knowledge of English in speech and writing
This role includes travel to Croatia approximately every six weeks.

In Viken, the company has invested in a brand new flooring factory that produces Bjelin flooring based on the patented surface technologies Woodura® and Nadura®. In Helsingborg, Bjelin has an office and showroom.
