As our current Business Coordinator is moving forward internally, we're now seeking our next Business Coordinator/Inside Sales Representative for our Smurfit Westrock Lagamill unit in Markaryd. The Role At Smurfit Westrock Lagamill, you'll become part of the sales team where you and your colleagues will take responsibility for our customers. You'll be involved in the entire process, working with sales staff, engineers, and production to create the best possible conditions for our clients. You'll interact with both suppliers and customers, with your primary focus on creating successful business deals. To thrive in this role, you should appreciate working with phone and computer as your main tools, and for the right person, there will be opportunities for further development within Smurfit Westrock, preferably toward sales. Key Responsibilities Quote and order management. Transport bookings and document preparation for a select number of key customers. Sales to both new and existing customers from the office. Support to sales staff. Your Profile We're looking for someone with experience in customer or supplier relations, order management, or sales, and a desire to develop. As part of our team, you'll build lasting customer relationships and see service as an integral part of your work. You adapt quickly to new circumstances and easily learn new tasks and systems. To succeed in this role, you enjoy a mix of administrative and sales work and can work both independently and as part of a team. You're fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good English skills. You have solid computer skills, preferably with experience in business systems and Microsoft Office.
