About the assignment As a Business Controller, you'll be responsible for supporting the business with financial management, analyses, and decision-making materials. The role involves close collaboration with managers and other key personnel within the organization. You'll work with budgeting, forecasting, key performance indicator tracking, and business analysis to ensure the business reaches its goals. The position is based in Hallstahammar, and you'll be part of the production unit's management team, contributing to the development of strategies, goals, and business plans. The role offers a broad network and the opportunity to influence both the business's development and financial results. Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and follow up on the business's key performance indicators Prepare, compile, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and business plans Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoring of projects Actively participate in the production unit's management team Contribute to developing strategies, goals, and business plans Ensure control and monitoring of inventory values Perform price calculations and analyze margin development Drive or participate in improvement projects and business development initiatives Provide support to the organization on financial matters Who are you? Required qualifications Academic education in economics Experience in Business Controlling within larger manufacturing industry Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational monitoring Very strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Strong analytical ability and experience with financial analysis and reporting Interested?
