About the role As a Controller / Financial Analyst, you are responsible for analysis, monitoring, and reporting related to the business's finances and business processes. You will be an important business partner supporting the organization with decision-making materials and financial insights. Your main responsibilities include: Monthly financial statements, analysis and reporting of KPIs Budget, forecast and estimate work Investment analyses related to suppliers, capacity and resources Cost monitoring and analysis of material costs Development of business cases and decision-making materials Financial support to projects and business initiatives Monitoring and management of supplier-related financial matters Reporting and analysis primarily in Power BI Close collaboration with operations, procurement and other internal stakeholders We are looking for you who: Have an academic degree in economics or business administration Have several years of experience as a Controller, Business Controller or similar role Are experienced in financial monitoring, analysis and reporting Have knowledge of Excel Have experience with accounting systems, such as SAP or similar Have experience with Power BI or a strong interest in data-driven reporting Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing To succeed in the role, we believe you are: Independent and confident in taking your own responsibility Analytical and structured Proactive and solution-oriented Relationship-building with a good ability to collaborate with different parts of the business Curious about digitalization, systems and efficient working methods Merits A strong interest in digital tools and systems Experience in report development Experience with Power BI We offer This is an opportunity to become part of a global and innovative business where you work close to the operations and contribute to important decisions.
