About the Role As Business Controller, you will be an important partner to the business and work closely with managers and business areas. The role is clearly business-oriented and involves responsibility for analyzing, challenging, and supporting the business in achieving its goals. You will work both operatively and forward-looking with a focus on profitability, governance, and decision support. Svenska Foder's finance department is part of Financial Operations within DLG Group. Your Responsibilities As Business Controller, you are responsible for analyzing results, budgets, and forecasts and preparing relevant decision-making materials for management and operations. You actively monitor and develop key metrics linked to profitability and efficiency and serve as support to managers on financial matters. The work also includes participation in monthly and annual closing, where you contribute to quality and clarity in reporting. The role further involves participating in budget and forecast processes and driving and developing methods for monitoring, analysis, and reporting to strengthen the business's governance and business understanding. About You We are looking for someone with relevant university education in finance and several years of experience in controlling, preferably in a business-oriented role. You have a strong business interest and good analytical skills, while enjoying a role with many contact points and collaborations. You are self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented, with good Excel skills and preferably experience with BI tools. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
