Business Analyst | Contact Center Tools

At Tres tech department, we are approximately 300 people who together develop and operate the digital services and systems that are critical to our operations. We are now looking for a Business Analyst to join the Contact Center Tools team – a role for you who want to combine business understanding, technology, and analysis to create real business value. In the team, we are responsible for developing and managing a business-critical contact center solution that is used daily within customer service. Here you will have the opportunity to influence how we work with requirements management, data-driven decisions, automation, and AI-supported working methods to create even better experiences for both customers and employees. About the role As a Business Analyst, you have a central role in ensuring that the business's needs are converted into efficient and sustainable solutions. You drive requirements work from idea to delivery and serve as the link between the business, product owner, and development team. You lead workshops, capture and refine requirements, and analyze processes, systems, and data flows to identify development opportunities. With a holistic perspective, you develop solution proposals that balance business value, user needs, and technical possibilities. You also contribute decision-making materials, business cases, and analyses that help the business make well-informed decisions. AI is a natural part of how we work, and we are looking for you who already today use AI tools, for example Copilot or similar solutions, to streamline analysis, documentation, and requirements management. More about you We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a Business Analyst and who thrives in the role as the bridge between business and technology. You are used to driving requirements work independently in complex IT and system environments and have a good ability to create alignment between different stakeholders. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You enjoy challenging existing working methods, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving change that creates value. At the same time, you are communicative and have an easy time building trusting relationships with both business and technical teams. We also believe that you have a great interest in data, technology, and digitalization and appreciate working data-driven. You see AI as a natural support in your work and are curious about how new technology can contribute to increased quality, efficiency, and business value. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing. It is meritorious if you have experience with DevOps, testing methodologies such as TDD or BDD, user-centered design, or certification within Business Analysis, for example AgileBA, CCBA, or CBAP.
