You are structured and analytical, can grasp complex needs and have the ability to translate them into clear and actionable requirements. You are attentive to business needs while daring to challenge, ask questions and contribute your own perspectives. To further strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who wants to contribute to developing our customers' business-critical solutions. In your assignments you may, for example, capture and analyze business needs, lead workshops and requirements work, develop processes and methods as well as create structure in complex initiatives. As a consultant with us you'll have the opportunity to work on varying assignments for customers in, for example, retail, public sector, industry, defense and other technology-intensive operations. To succeed in the role we see that you have: At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, requirements analyst, requirements manager or equivalent role within IT Strong experience with requirements management and business analysis Experience working in agile development teams Familiarity with relevant tools for requirements, project and case management Very strong ability to communicate in Swedish in both spoken and written form About Tech Consulting Stockholm Tech Consulting Stockholm helps customers in both the private and public sectors with expertise in IT and digitalization.
