Business Analyst

Description:

We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you will be identifying opportunities for improvement, defining business requirements, and supporting the delivery of digital initiatives that create measurable value. What You'll Do You will work across business and technology, helping ensure that digital solutions meet organizational goals and user needs. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with business stakeholders and Digital Product Managers to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. Mapping and optimizing business processes to support digital transformation initiatives. Translating business requirements into clear, actionable input for development teams. Working closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, UX designers, and other cross-functional team members throughout the project lifecycle. Supporting backlog refinement, prioritization, and roadmap planning. Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to build alignment and drive decision-making.
