ABOUT THE JOB We are now seeking a committed personal assistant for a man who lives in his own apartment and leads an active life. Here you'll have meaningful work where you make a real difference in someone's everyday life. The man has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and an intellectual disability and needs support in his daily life. The work involves helping with transfers, personal hygiene and daily routines, as well as contributing to his sense of security and structure. The man communicates without speech, partly through eye gaze charts, a computer, and head movements, so it's important that you are patient, attentive, and interested in alternative communication. The man has an active leisure life and regularly participates in activities such as bowling, swimming, and dancing. You accompany him as support and company. Work hours: 08:00–20:00 and 20:00–08:00 (awake nights). WAGES As an assistant at Vivida, you receive a fixed hourly base wage + vacation compensation and any shift differential pay.
