We are now seeking a temporary hourly personal assistant for our cheerful, determined, and wonderful 30-year-old in Sösdala. Sösdala is only an 8-minute train ride from Hässleholm, 10 minutes from Höör, and 36 minutes from Lund!
An active young woman who loves being in a lively and energetic environment. Her main interests include horses, swimming, and being outdoors. Together with a happy and wonderful work team, you have the opportunity to make a positive impact and brighten this woman's daily life!
You will be employed on an hourly basis. We always see it as advantageous if you are flexible and able to step in when needed. Of course, it's about give and take with each other, which we hope is self-evident for you as well!
The woman uses a wheelchair and thus needs help and support during all daily activities. As her assistant, you must always be present. Hygiene, personal care, transfers (using a lift), stretching, feeding, insulin administration, and recreational activities are examples of tasks included in your work. Additionally, cleaning, laundry, and other regular household chores are part of maintaining a clean and tidy home. Communication occurs through body language and sounds; you need to be attentive to understand and interpret the woman's body signals and sounds.
We are looking for someone who is dedicated, responsible, and has a good ability to take initiative. We also expect you to be cheerful, outgoing, and positive. You will work both independently and with double assistance. Work routines are in place to follow, and it is therefore advantageous if you are quick to learn and have a good ability to absorb new information. If you have previous experience in healthcare, it is a merit but not a requirement - we will place the greatest emphasis on personal qualities. We would like to see you radiating empathy, warmth, and trustworthiness, as ultimately the chemistry between you and the woman will be decisive. Our only requirement is that you are smoke-free!
