SIA "Rīgas nami" invites applications for: PLUMBING BRIGADIER WE OFFER: work location at Rāmuļu Street 24, Riga (various sites); stimulating and dynamic work in a large company; monthly salary 1800 EUR (gross); motivating benefits (bonus up to 20%, health insurance after probation period, paid professional certifications, additional vacation days, training, etc.); professional development opportunities; work tools and company vehicle necessary for job performance. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: planning, coordinating, and analyzing the execution of work tasks received from your direct supervisor; team formation, work distribution, ensuring necessary document circulation, and tracking employee working hours; ordering and receiving materials at sites; quality control of work execution. WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: secondary professional or trade education (specialized basic education); equivalent experience of at least one year (team coordination, material ordering, work execution control); basic computer skills at beginner user level; ability to organize your work and take responsibility for results; responsible attitude toward assigned duties; ability to find solutions in problem situations; ability to analyze and provide recommendations for improvements and efficiency; state language proficiency level B, stage 2.
