CityMail delivers mail and packages to approximately 6 million private individuals and businesses in Sweden. We are now seeking more colleagues for Vällingby and Spånga. We offer you: varied work on the move together with a great group of colleagues opportunity to develop within CityMail over time close proximity to your workplace We are looking for someone who: is at least 18 years old has basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing enjoyed physical work is comfortable operating vehicles for which you have a license/permit (bicycle, moped, car) It is a plus if you have a Class B driver's license or a moped permit. It is also advantageous if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work ethic, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does the workday look like? Operations are open on regular weekdays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The day begins with preparation of the day's deliveries, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and packages. Then delivery takes place in the area. We primarily use e-bikes for deliveries, but you may also use a car, moped, and regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. Once all letters and packages are delivered, you return to the office and finish with administrative tasks and preparation for the next day's work together with your colleagues. Employment Type This position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and scope, depending on the day and needs. We would prefer that you are available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To give you the right conditions to succeed, the employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary progression scale is applied for both regular and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 (incl. 12% vacation pay) which corresponds to 134 kr (excl. 12% vacation pay). Interested?
