Mail Carrier/Package Delivery - Tyresö, Haninge, and Västerhaninge

CityMail delivers mail and packages to approximately 6 million individuals and businesses in Sweden. We are now recruiting additional colleagues for Tyresö, Haninge, and Västerhaninge. We offer you: a varied job on the move working with a great group of colleagues opportunity to develop within CityMail over time proximity to your workplace We are looking for you if you: are at least 18 years old have basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written have a Category B driver's license or moped operator's license enjoy physical work are comfortable operating vehicles you are licensed/certified to operate (bicycle, moped, car) It is a merit if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important factor. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work ethic, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does the workday look like? Operations are open on regular workdays (excluding holidays). Working hours are distributed between 7:00 AM–4:30 PM. The workday begins with preparation of the day's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and packages. Following that, delivery takes place within the area. We primarily use e-bikes for delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. Once all letters and packages are delivered, you return to the office and finish the day with administrative tasks and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment Type This position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and workloads depending on the day and business needs. We prefer that you are available to work up to full-time hours during daytime. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale applies for both permanent and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 (including 12% holiday pay), which corresponds to 134 kr (excluding 12% holiday pay). Interested?
