We offer you: an active and varied job working alongside great colleagues opportunity for development within CityMail over time proximity to your workplace We are looking for someone who: is at least 18 years old has basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing enjoyed working with physical tasks is comfortable operating vehicles that you have a license/permit for (bicycle, moped, car) It is a merit if you have a Class B driving license or a moped permit. It is also a merit if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work attitude, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does a typical workday look like? The facility is open on regular weekdays (excluding holidays). Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparing today's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and packages. Following that, delivery begins in the area. We mainly use electric bicycles during delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. Once all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administrative tasks and preparation for the next day's work together with your colleagues. Employment Type This position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term contract. You will work varying hours and volume, depending on the day and needs. We prefer that you are available to work up to full-time hours during daytime. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale applies for both regular and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 (incl. 12% vacation compensation) which equals 134 SEK (excl. 12% vacation compensation). Interested?
