We offer you: an engaging, active job working alongside great colleagues opportunities for development within CityMail proximity to the workplace We are looking for someone who: is at least 18 years old has basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written has a Class B driver's license or a moped license enjoyed physical work is comfortable operating vehicles you are licensed to drive (bicycle, moped, car) It is an advantage if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work ethic, and therefore place great importance on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does a typical workday look like? Operations are open during regular weekdays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparing today's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and packages. After that, delivery takes place within the area. We primarily use e-bikes for delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. When all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment Form This is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and workload, depending on the day and business needs. We would prefer you to be available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale is applied for both regular and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 (incl. 12% vacation pay) which corresponds to 134 kr (excl. 12% vacation pay). Interested?
