We at Falck Rescue Services are now seeking an committed Firefighter for our operations at Ringhals nuclear power plant in Varberg. This is a unique opportunity within specialized industrial rescue services where the focus is on preventive work and highest safety standards. You will become part of a professional shift team and a global company at the forefront, where we continuously test and develop new equipment and new methods. Your role as a firefighter at Ringhals As a firefighter with us, your main focus will be on proactive and preventive measures to ensure the safety of the facility. You will work in an environment where quality and precision are of utmost importance. Your tasks will include: Systematic fire protection work (SBA). Develop and prepare internal exercises for the fire brigade. Perform service and technical replacements of the facility's fire systems. Manage and maintain equipment, vehicles, and training areas. Qualifications: Completed firefighter training (SMO, Rescue Response, GRIB, or equivalent). Class C driver's license. Approved results on smoke and chemical diver tests according to AFS 2023:15 Swedish fluency in speech and writing, and good knowledge of English. Class B driver's license and access to a personal car is a great advantage as working hours do not always align with public transportation. Meritorious: Training as Rescue Commander A or Inspection A. We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, and a driven team player with good physical fitness.
