About the Position ContiTech Scandinavia is now seeking a Branch Manager for Kiruna. The business here sells, installs, and maintains conveyor belts for the mining industry, and in this role you will lead and develop the local service and sales operations with responsibility for the unit's results. You will have the opportunity to influence the business, the team, and the continued development of operations. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the location's sales, service operations, financial results, and personnel management. You are an active relationship builder, business developer, and inspiring leader who creates conditions for the team to deliver high quality while developing new business opportunities. You report to the Swedish/Nordic organization and receive support from central functions including Sales, HR, Finance, and Environment, Health & Safety and Quality. In the role, you will, among other things: Lead and develop daily operations in Kiruna Take responsibility for sales, sales development, and target achievement Develop customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction Responsibility for the unit's results, budget, and financial follow-up Ensure order handling and invoicing in SAP Lead, coach, and develop employees Plan and optimize resources based on operational needs Drive improvement work and develop operational efficiency Ensure that operations comply with applicable requirements in occupational environment, quality, and regulatory areas Ensure technical competence and good customer support Contribute to the development of the unit's facilities and work environment. Who Are You We are looking for a confident and business-minded leader with experience in sales and operational management. You enjoy being close to both customers and employees and are motivated by creating results through others. To succeed in this role, you also need good technical understanding and experience from maintenance and installation operations combined with leading your employees. We would like to see that you have: 3–5 years of experience from maintenance and installation operations Previous experience with personnel responsibility and leadership Experience in sales and business or operational management Good understanding of finance, budgeting, and results Clear commercial drive and results-oriented approach Good technical understanding and ability to conduct qualified discussions with customers Good IT skills and preferably experience with business systems Excellent ability to communicate and negotiate Very good Swedish and English, spoken and written. As a person, you are customer-oriented and solution-focused. You take responsibility, drive things forward, and ensure that what you start is also completed. You are a present leader who builds trust by being clear, engaged, and leading by example. You also have a natural business drive and see opportunities where others might see limitations. It is natural for you to also take an operational part in the role.
