Your Mission: As Branch Manager (filialchef) in Östersund, you have a broad and responsible assignment. You drive the branch's results with both short- and long-term perspectives and develop customer relationships that create value for our clients and strengthen our market position. The role involves leading an engaged team, ensuring a safe and inspiring work environment, and taking initiative on improvement projects that develop the operation. You're responsible for compliance and permits, ensuring the branch follows current regulations for external environment. Simultaneously, you work with local sales and marketing plans and ensure the organization has the right competencies and a development plan. The assignment requires business calculations and understanding economics in an industrial context. You report to Head of Regional Operations Nedre Norr and are part of the region's management team, with many collaboration points across functional boundaries. Travel is part of the role but primarily within the region. At the Östersund branch, there are seven people, two of whom report directly to you: a sales representative and a production manager. You take ownership of operational results, work purposefully with follow-up and development, and have the ability to translate strategy into action. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: - Has 5+ years of experience in leadership roles with full P&L, personnel, and work environment responsibility. - Has worked in commercial roles with sales and marketing focus - Is experienced in driving change management and business development - Has relevant post-secondary education - Has good knowledge of MS365 environment and business/management systems - Speaks Swedish fluently and has good English skills - Has a driver's license (B) It's a merit if you also have experience from the recycling industry or industrial operations, licensed activities, and leadership training.
