The Råslätt management area currently consists of 56 employees in various professional roles. We're looking for a residential caretaker who is responsible for both preventive and corrective property maintenance within your geographic area of responsibility.
Main responsibilities:
Interior and exterior property maintenance
Cleaning
Gardening work
Tenant contact
Handling of fault reports
Minor repair work
Property inspections and caretaker inspections
Rounds, fire, water, and playground supervision
Qualifications:
To succeed in the role of residential caretaker, you must have completed upper secondary education. If you have training focused on property maintenance, that's an advantage. We see that you have at least three years of professional experience from service-oriented work with daily customer contact. Previous professional experience in property maintenance, grounds care, skilled trades (e.g., carpentry, electrical work, or plumbing), or janitorial services is a merit.
You must have a valid driver's license for a personal vehicle to get around our areas. A requirement of the position is that you are comfortable working with a computer and mobile device as work tools. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, with both colleagues and tenants. If you speak other languages, we see that as a merit.

Requirements
