About the Job Do you want to create Sweden's best outdoor environments together with us? We're now looking for an Outdoor Environment Specialist who wants to create pleasant outdoor spaces for our tenants and make a difference with us. The outdoor environment is an important part of our tenants' living environment, and something we at Bostadsbolaget are genuinely skilled at. Our annual customer survey shows that we have the highest customer ratings for outdoor environments among the major housing companies in Sweden. This is thanks to our knowledgeable and dedicated Outdoor Environment Specialists. As an Outdoor Environment Specialist with us, you're responsible for all work related to the external environment in our residential areas, and you do this together with our other Outdoor Environment Specialists. This includes everything from ongoing gardening work and keeping our residential areas clean, beautiful and pleasant to more long-term planning. In addition to knowledge of trees and plantings, you're expected to have expertise in general maintenance, repair of ground coverings and safety requirements for playgrounds. During the winter months, you'll be responsible for snow and ice management. Bostadsbolaget is embarking on an exciting journey where we'll meet new challenges in our management and develop our service. As an Outdoor Environment Specialist, you play an important role in this work by creating wellbeing and security for our tenants. As an Outdoor Environment Specialist in Kortedala, you'll be part of one of our outdoor environment units, where you collaborate and share experience with your Outdoor Environment Specialist colleagues in other areas. You also work closely with other colleagues in Kortedala, such as property caretakers, facility managers and cleaners. About You You're a committed person who takes great personal responsibility in your role. You're good at planning and prioritizing your work. As an Outdoor Environment Specialist, it's essential that you're social and service-oriented since you have frequent contact with tenants and work closely with colleagues. We're looking for someone who has: • Post-secondary horticultural education from, for example, a vocational college. • Documented experience in large-scale gardening work. • Class B driver's license • Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written In addition, it's advantageous if you have good machine operation skills and two years of post-secondary horticultural education.
