Renovation Coordinator – Create safe customer journeys in our renovation projects Bostadsbolaget is facing an increased investment pace over the coming years. To meet our tenants' needs and develop our working methods, we are now strengthening our renovation organization with new expertise. Want to make a real difference for people? We are now looking for a Renovation Coordinator who wants to create a positive experience for our tenants throughout the renovation journey. You will be an important link between the tenants and the project, working closely with project managers, property management, and contractors. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to help develop our working methods and customer processes as Bostadsbolaget scales up its renovation operations. About the Role As a Renovation Coordinator, you are responsible for the customer journey in our renovation projects. You are the project's primary contact person for tenants and create structure, clarity, and good dialogue throughout the project's different phases. An important part of the assignment is to make information from the construction project understandable and clear for those living in the property. You meet people with different needs and circumstances and need to be able to create security even when a renovation involves worry, frustration, or major changes in daily life. The role therefore requires both good communication skills and confidence in dealing with people. The position is based at Engelbrektsgatan, and you work together in a team with other Renovation Coordinators, who are also part of the Property Development department. Your Main Responsibilities You will, among other things: - Plan and coordinate tenant dialogue in renovation projects - Be the project's primary contact person for tenants - Plan and conduct information meetings - Coordinate tenant approvals and options - Plan evacuations and temporary relocations - Participate in construction meetings, inspections, and handovers - Handle customer inquiries and ensure good feedback - Follow up on customer experience and contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and digital solutions Administration is part of the work, but the core is your ability to build trust, communicate, and lead people through change. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience in customer-facing work and who is accustomed to meeting people in situations where clarity, responsiveness, and trust are important. You preferably have experience from the real estate industry, for example in renovation, refurbishment, or property management, and technical understanding is an advantage. As a person, you are confident and stable and remain calm even in challenging situations. You are service-oriented and responsive, while being driven and taking responsibility for moving work forward. You have good analytical skills, see solutions, and can prioritize when many issues are happening simultaneously. With clear communication and the ability to influence others, you build trust and bring people along. We would like to see that you have: - Post-secondary education in project coordination, customer service, or property management - At least three years of experience in customer dialogue, service, and coordination - Experience from the real estate industry - Experience meeting and supporting people through change - Good communication skills - Good administrative and digital skills We are looking for an experienced person who can take independent responsibility and who wants to contribute to creating a really good customer experience in our renovation projects.
