We are now seeking dedicated Career and Education Counselors (SYV) for flexible temporary positions at primary and secondary schools in Borlänge, Hedemora, and Ludvika About the Assignment Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have agreements with Borlänge, Hedemora, and Ludvika to support their municipal primary schools and secondary schools with dedicated substitute staff. Your Responsibilities In your role as a Career and Education Counselor, you will replace the school's regular staff during absences. Some of your tasks include: Individual counseling sessions - assess interests, abilities, and future aspirations Group guidance and career orientation activities for entire classes Support students with special needs, attendance issues, or unclear future plans in finding a realistic path forward Contribute to the student health team with perspectives on social exclusion, dropout prevention, and future outlook Coordinate internships, workplace visits, and contacts with secondary schools and employers Collaborate with guardians, teachers, and external partners (the Swedish Public Employment Service, SFI, UaA) Your Qualifications Career and Education Counselor degree At least 2 years of work experience in similar roles What We Offer As a consultant with Bemannia, we ensure you are matched with the right assignment.
