Now we are looking for an engaged and service-oriented Traffic Planner who wants to combine planning of traffic production with customer service and administration.
In this role, you will primarily work with traffic planning but will also support traffic management and switchboard operations. You will be an important part of the business and contribute to ensuring well-functioning traffic production while being a professional contact for customers, drivers, and partners.

Your responsibilities
As a Traffic Planner, you are responsible for short-term planning and preparation of taxi operations for the upcoming operating period.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
Scheduling and staffing planning
Planning the next day's traffic production
Marking and preparation of routes
Communication with drivers regarding planning changes
Handling deviations against customers
Route optimization where contracts require it
Ensuring that planning is feasible based on available resources
Close collaboration with traffic management, operations management, and other support functions
Ensuring that traffic production is conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and contracts
When you support traffic management, you are the face of the business and are responsible for ensuring a high level of service in daily customer contact.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
Handle incoming phone calls and emails
Answer customer questions and simple traffic matters
Handle information and booking inquiries
Filter, prioritize, and forward incoming matters to the right function
Provide support to traffic management within bus and taxi operations as needed
Contribute to good accessibility and service for customers, drivers, and partners
Your background and qualities
We are looking for someone who is organized, service-oriented, and finds it easy to switch between planning work and customer interactions.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
Have experience in planning, scheduling, customer service, or administration
Have good computer skills and find it easy to work in different digital systems
Are thorough, organized, and have good organizational ability
Have a solution-oriented approach and can prioritize when the pace is high
Enjoy having many points of contact and building good relationships
Have a professional and service-oriented manner
Can work independently while being a team player
Find it easy to interpret and follow routines, contracts, and operational requirements
Experience with demanding planning systems from the transport industry, healthcare and social services, or other operations with planning and customer contact elements is desirable.
You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and feel confident communicating in English in work-related contexts. Additional language skills are an advantage.
