Are you the person that family, friends, or neighbors usually ask when something needs fixing? Maybe you change light bulbs, adjust cabinet doors, clear drains, or help someone hang a picture. Then we'd like to hear from you. We're not just looking for trained tradespeople. We're looking for people who enjoy helping others and who feel comfortable with practical tasks. Training and experience are a plus, but not required. Many of our assignments involve simple everyday tasks where the most important thing is that you're reliable, service-minded, and want to make a difference for others. About the assignments We're building a local network of property caretakers who help residents with both traditional property maintenance and everyday home projects. Examples of assignments Change light bulbs Adjust a cabinet door or door Clear a simple drain Replace batteries in smoke detectors Hang a picture or curtain rod Assemble a small shelf or piece of furniture Help carry or transport items to recycling Provide simple monitoring when someone is away The assignments vary and are tailored to what you can do and feel comfortable with.
