About the Role As a Corporate Accountant at TidX Förvaltning, you're responsible for your own customer portfolio and work independently with the entire accounting process, from ongoing bookkeeping to financial statements, annual reports, and financial follow-up. The role is broad, varied, and consultative with a strong focus on quality, structure, and close dialogue with customers. You'll be part of the financial management team and collaborate closely with both rent administration, technical management, and operations. You report to the management director and work closely with experienced colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge and serve as sounding boards on financial matters. Responsibilities • Manage ongoing bookkeeping and monthly and annual financial statements for your own customer portfolio • Prepare annual reports and income and tax returns • Analyze, monitor, and report financial results to customers • Serve as a consulting partner in accounting and financial matters • Participate in budget work and follow-up meetings • Contribute to the development and optimization of working methods and processes • Collaborate with auditors, banks, authorities, and other external parties Desired Background We're looking for someone with several years of experience in qualified accounting work who feels confident independently managing the entire accounting process. It's an advantage if you've managed multiple companies in parallel, for example at an accounting firm or within the real estate industry and are familiar with customer dialogue in a consulting role. Experience from accounting firms, the real estate industry, housing cooperatives, or commercial properties is a merit, but not a requirement. Formal education is not decisive; we value above all your practical experience, your sense of responsibility, and your ability to build trusting relationships. You have good system skills and an interest in developing and optimizing working methods. As a person, you're organized, proactive, and unpretentious. You enjoy working independently while appreciating being part of a team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday life.
