Work is conducted via email and phone. You handle bookings by registering and confirming them in the company's systems and administrative solutions, while ensuring everything is handled correctly and efficiently. An important part of the work is answering customer questions about delivery times and transport-related matters. You also maintain regular contact with internal colleagues to coordinate and optimize the booking flow.
