The work is conducted via email and telephone. You handle bookings by registering and confirming them in the company's systems and administrative solutions, while ensuring everything is handled correctly and efficiently. An important part of the work is answering customer inquiries about delivery times and transport-related matters. You also have regular contact with colleagues internally to coordinate and optimize the booking flow. This position suits you if you thrive in fast-paced administrative work, have a sharp eye for detail, and want to contribute to a smooth and structured transport process for the company's customers. Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Good computer skills • Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Customer service experience, for example from customer support • Advantageous to have experience in a similar role or interest in the logistics industry To thrive in this role, you are an engaged and solution-oriented person who is passionate about helping others.
