Accountant / Finance Manager Full-time Famora Foods AB is now seeking an experienced accountant with responsibility for the company's financial functions, ongoing bookkeeping, payroll administration, and financial statement preparation. About the position As an accountant/finance manager with us, you will have a varied role with significant responsibility. You will work closely with the operations in a company where you can help modernize and influence our processes. The role includes: Ongoing bookkeeping according to K3 regulations Payroll administration, including employment-related personnel matters related to payroll, collective agreements, and terms of employment Handling periodic financial statements and annual financial statements Contact with auditors, authorities, and other external parties Creating routines Efficiency improvements and implementation of digital processes and integrations Who are you? We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a broad financial role and who enjoys combining bookkeeping and accounting with payroll administration. You are meticulous, organized, and experienced at independently driving your work forward. We are looking for someone with: At least 5 years of professional experience in financial work at a mid-sized company At least a vocational degree in accounting from a vocational college Experience with ongoing bookkeeping according to K3 Experience with payroll administration and personnel matters related to payroll and collective agreements Good system skills, Visma Administration and Visma Lön (experience with other accounting and payroll systems is a merit) Experience with financial statement work Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written It is an advantage if you have worked in the food industry or other manufacturing operations, but it is not a requirement. As a person, you are service-oriented, communicative, and skilled at collaborating with colleagues at different levels in the organization. You maintain order and organization even when the pace is high, and you enjoy juggling multiple tasks. Other: The workplace is located in Onslunda approximately 15 km north of Uppsala. A driver's license and car are a must (unless you live nearby) as there is no public transportation in the area.
