With us, you'll be involved from the start and contribute to creating a safe, stable, and professional service for individuals with complex needs. About the Position As night staff, you work awake night shifts and are responsible for safety at the residence during the night. The work includes, among other things: Ensuring safety and structure during the night Providing support based on individual care plans Handling unexpected situations with calm and professionalism Documenting according to current procedures Working independently with responsibility for operations during nighttime Shifts are scheduled across all days of the week. 👤 About You We are looking for someone who is confident, stable, and has a professional approach – particularly important when working alone at night. ✅ Requirements: Relevant education (e.g., Health and Social Care Program or vocational education in social pedagogy/psychiatry) Very good Swedish in speech and writing Category B driver's license (mandatory) Experience working in care (minimum 2–4 years) ⭐ Merits: Specialist education in psychiatry or neuropsychiatry CBT or similar Experience working with individuals with neuropsychiatric conditions or mental health issues 💡 Personal Qualities You are confident working independently You remain calm in demanding situations You have good stress resilience and high sense of responsibility You treat people with respect, empathy, and professionalism You have both physical and mental stamina 🎁 We Offer Opportunity to be part of starting a new operation Meaningful work where you make a real difference Induction and support from experienced colleagues Collective agreement and secure terms Generous wellness benefits 📌 Other Information 📍 Workplace: Imera's group home in Östhammar Extracts from the criminal record and suspicion register for HVB facilities required before employment Selection is ongoing – positions may be filled before the final application deadline About the Employer – Imera AB Imera AB was founded with the vision of providing high-quality care.
