Employment and Terms of Service
Schedule: Monday–Friday, as needed. Working hours: 08:00–16:00. If needed, working hours can be adjusted according to clients' needs, which may include occasional evening or weekend work by agreement. Employment type: as-needed employment. Start date: immediately or by agreement. Workplace: You are based at our office in Täby and work within Täby municipality.
Job Responsibilities – What Will You Do?
As a residential support worker, you work to support and motivate clients in their daily lives based on individual needs and goals. Your responsibilities include:
Daily support – help clients create structure, routines, and planning in their daily lives.
Residential support – provide support in the home with simple household tasks and other residence-related duties.
Motivational conversations – create security, trust, and motivation through professional interaction.
Support with community contacts – accompany clients to, for example, medical appointments, meetings with authorities, and other important matters.
Promote independence – support clients in reaching their goals and developing their own abilities.
Documentation – document services and events in the digital activity system via mobile.
Contact & collaboration – cooperate with colleagues, coordinators, and other actors to ensure safe and quality service.

Digitally comfortable – you use mobile devices and digital systems for documentation and communication.
Good Swedish in speech and writing – you communicate clearly and document accurately.
Relevant education or experience – nursing assistant certification or equivalent experience working with people with mental health issues or who need daily support is an advantage.
B-class driver's license (REQUIRED) – you are a safe and experienced driver.
