We are now looking for a new colleague for residential support within social psychiatry in Nacka Municipality. We offer a permanent full-time position where you combine independent work with close collaboration in a committed team. You meet clients in their own homes throughout Nacka and support them in creating structure, finding strategies, and developing their independence based on their own goals and circumstances. Your Assignment Residential support is part of social psychiatry in Nacka Municipality and offers support to people with mental health disabilities living in their own homes. As a residential support worker, you meet clients in their homes at various locations throughout Nacka. Support is based on assistance decisions and implementation plans and is adapted to each person's needs and goals. Together with the client, you work to create structure and find strategies for a more independent and functioning everyday life. This can include, for example, establishing routines in the home, breaking social isolation, providing support with contacts with authorities, or motivating participation in employment, studies, and social activities. You work largely independently and plan and structure your workday when you visit clients throughout the municipality. At the same time, you are part of a team where you collaborate, share experiences, and support each other. Your work tasks include: - Providing individually adapted residential support based on assistance decisions and implementation plans - Motivating and supporting clients to reach their individual goals - Providing support with structure, planning, and daily routines - Supporting contacts with, for example, authorities and healthcare - Documenting interventions and following up on implementation plans - Collaborating with colleagues and other professionals around the client The position includes day, evening, and weekend shifts according to schedule. You are confident, responsive, and clear, and you find it easy to build trusting relationships. The work involves independently traveling between clients at different locations in Nacka, primarily using public transportation. You should therefore be comfortable with a mobile workday where you adhere to scheduled visits and times. Occasionally, the pace can be high, and it is important that you can plan and prioritize. You are flexible and can adapt when today's planning or circumstances change. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Your Experience To be considered for the position, you need to have: - Education within care with a focus on psychiatry or other education that the employer deems equivalent, such as a social work degree - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written You should also have experience with: - Working with people with mental health disabilities - Pedagogical and/or social work, preferably within residential support or similar activities - Working with motivational interviewing (MI) - Working with implementation plans and digital documentation What We Offer With us you get a varied job with great freedom under responsibility.
