Residential Support Worker for Secure Housing

We have several locations in Sweden, and for the facilities we're recruiting for now, it's an advantage if you live in Södermanland or Västmanland area. We're looking for full-time staff as well as staff for weekend and weekday coverage as needed! Staff seeking part-time work are preferably welcome if social/pedagogical work is their main occupation. The work mainly involves support and safety conversations but also a lot of childcare, practical support, client transportation, documentation, etc. On weekends, the focus is on various shared activities with families! You need at least one year of work experience in social/pedagogical work, and it's a merit if you've previously worked with children as there's considerable childcare and conversations/activities with children. As a person, you are therefore child-loving, empathetic, and passionate about helping others. Furthermore, you are flexible, resourceful, and able to work independently. You understand the difference between being personal and private. Class B driving license (there will be quite a lot of driving), access to your own vehicle, and the ability to speak and write good Swedish are requirements. As full-time staff, you will also be on call from home one week per month. Your working hours are during daytime on weekdays, but work during evenings and weekends can also occur.
