Your Tasks Your work involves creating conditions for independence, participation, and a meaningful daily life. By establishing and maintaining clear routines and structure, you provide support in daily activities and personal care. You work closely with the individual and support them based on their conditions, needs, and goals. You are an important part of our clients' everyday lives, and you plan and carry out activities that promote health, development, and quality of life.
