Residential Support Worker for LSS Housing in Vollsjö, Including Temporary Staff, Immediate Start

We are currently seeking staff for our newly established LSS residential facility in Vollsjö. We are recruiting individuals for both permanent and temporary positions. The group home consists of four residential units plus common areas and serves persons in care category 1. You will become part of a new team and have excellent opportunities to contribute to positive development. Our ambition is to create the best residential facility for the future! We offer continuous internal training and supervision to ensure quality and development for you. The people we work with in our LSS activities are individuals with neuropsychiatric disabilities and autism that can lead to behaviors where we as professionals need to redirect, support, and prevent. We work in a structured manner with low-arousal approaches based on each individual's specific needs. This places high demands on the right attitude and approach to both the work and your colleagues.
