About Us Group Home Group housing for adults covered by the LSS target group 1, with individually adapted support based on clear pedagogy and low-arousal approaches. The residence is located in a quiet residential area with proximity to both nature and Nässjö city center. About the Position We are now seeking a new residential support worker for our operations. As a residential support worker, you work with people who need support with their daily living. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. In this role, you work with: • Providing individual support, care, and service interventions • Planning and implementing activities with the client • Performing delegated health and medical care tasks Employment Terms We are now seeking an employee for a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. The position is full-time (100%), and working hours vary across day, evening, and weekend shifts. We apply individual salary setting and other compensation according to collective agreement. The position starts by mutual agreement. Who Are You? As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The role of residential support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness. Great emphasis will therefore be placed on personal suitability.
