Residential Support Worker at Bangatan 10, Temporary Position Do you want to make a difference in people's lives? About the Role We are looking for an engaged, sign language-fluent, and hearing residential support worker for our LSS services at Bangatan 10. You will work to support our service users in their daily lives, with the goal of promoting their independence and participation in society. This is an important role where your efforts positively impact people's lives in a meaningful way. Responsibilities Provide individually tailored support to people with needs according to LSS. Communicate and work with service users who use sign language. Support service users in their daily activities, such as cooking, leisure activities, and social contacts. Maintain a safe and inclusive environment with a focus on respect for the individual's needs and integrity. Document and follow up on interventions in collaboration with colleagues and other professionals. Qualifications and Attributes Fluent sign language skills are required, and you must be hearing. Ability to communicate effectively and build good relationships. Experience working in the disability services field is required. Relevant education is a merit. Positive attitude and a willingness to work solution-focused. Driver's license is required. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
