Stiftelsen Guldfällen operates care services at the biodynamic educational farm Skillebyholm outside Järna. We are inspired by social therapy and work based on KASAM, clarifying pedagogy, and the low-affect approach. We are now recruiting residential support workers for our housing with special services for adults, according to LSS 9§9. We are looking for someone who wants to get to know, understand, and be part of another person's life and is driven by a "care mindset." You are interested in understanding what lies behind different behaviors and can handle challenging situations of various kinds. Your work involves supporting and motivating a person with all aspects of life, based on the individual's needs, abilities, and wishes. The goal of your work is to contribute to the individual's increased independence, quality of life, and opportunity to live like others. An important part of the work is building relationships and creating trust. We have high expectations of our employees, and you need to WANT to develop and constantly learn new things to work in our operations. We work in a structured way for clarity and predictability, which creates security for the individuals we support. This means you need to follow routines and planning carefully. You should be able to work independently, take responsibility, and make decisions on your own while also following the organization's structure and methods. As a person, you are calm, flexible, and solution-oriented. You find it easy to collaborate and enjoy contributing to the whole. It is preferable if you are trained as a social pedagogue, treatment assistant, or nursing assistant and have previous experience supporting people with neuropsychiatric variations. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing and a driver's license are required.
