Residential Support Worker Night Shift

Experience working with youth is a requirement. The work demands high standards in patient care, pedagogical approach, and structure. Your duties include cleaning tasks, among other things. We expect you to treat our residents with safety, care, and respect. You are comfortable meeting other people and building relationships while having the ability to handle stressful situations, the courage to set boundaries, and the capacity to be clear and consistent. It is a merit if you have knowledge and experience in environmental therapy and MI. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. As a night shift employee with us, you should provide a sense of security for the youth during nighttime hours
